Mocha Man Music is a Houston-based artist development and music company founded by Frederick J. Goodall.
Launched in 2025, the company was built to help emerging artists grow with structure, strategy, ownership, and creative direction. We work with artists in R&B, hip-hop, jazz, rock, and soul to strengthen their sound, develop their brand, prepare for live performance, and build sustainable creative careers.
Our approach is development first. We help artists write, record, release, promote, and protect their music while creating opportunities through management, publishing support, sync licensing, bookings, and live experiences.
Mocha Man Music is also building a catalog of original music for streaming, publishing, licensing, performance, and creative placements.
Frederick J. Goodall
FOUNDER & CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
Frederick J. Goodall is a writer, producer, entrepreneur, and creative strategist who oversees the creative vision and strategic direction of Mocha Man Music. His background in media, storytelling, branding, and artist development shapes the company’s focus on culture, ownership, and long-term growth.
He has contributed to national publications including The New York Times, Essence, and the Houston Chronicle. As a producer, he wrote and produced “X Minor,” the first release under Mocha Man Music and the foundation of the company’s growing catalog.

DIRECTOR OF A&R & DEVELOPMENT
Noah Goodall leads artist relations and development initiatives for Mocha Man Music. His focus includes talent discovery, artist development, creative direction, and helping artists refine their sound and identity as they grow their careers.
