Mocha Man Music is a Houston-based artist development, artist management, and publishing company founded by Frederick J. Goodall. Launched in 2025, the company was built on a simple idea: talented artists need structure, guidance, and ownership to build lasting careers.

We focus on discovering and supporting emerging artists in R&B, hip-hop, jazz, and rock while helping them grow creatively, professionally, and strategically. Our approach is development first. We work closely with artists to write, record, release, and promote their music through a hands-on process designed to build sustainable, long-term careers rather than short-term moments.

Alongside artist development and management, we are building a catalog of original music designed for long-term value through publishing, licensing, streaming, and performance.
