Custom Music
Our writers and producers create original music for filmmakers, brands, businesses, events, podcasts, and other media projects. Custom work can include complete songs, instrumentals, themes, cues, and alternate versions.

Terms, ownership, commissions, territory, and responsibilities are defined in writing before we begin representing a song.
Before We Represent a Song
Every song must have:
- Confirmed writers and ownership splits
- Signed split sheets
- Producer and beat agreements
- Sample and interpolation clearances
- Accurate songwriter and publisher information
- Disclosure of existing publishing agreements
- Disclosure of generative AI, synthetic vocals, loops, or third-party material
- Appropriate audio files and metadata
Music with unresolved ownership disputes or uncleared samples will not be accepted for licensing.
